Despite some areas showing wear and tear, the lodge exudes a rustic charm perfect for adventurous souls. The friendly staff, including the accommodating owner, made our stay enjoyable, even extending our checkout time with a smile.Our family particularly appreciated the ample opportunities for nature walks and birdwatching. It was refreshing to disconnect from screens and immerse ourselves in the surrounding wildlife. The children loved spotting various animal tracks and listening to the sounds of the bush at night. The authentic bush experience allowed us to bond over shared sightings and experiences, creating lasting memories.Although improvement in maintenance is needed, Damascus Bush Lodge offers a unique environment for families seeking an off-the-grid adventure in the heart of nature.
